Introduction

This agreement represents the contract between you and Fluently Spanish Academy with respect to the use of our services and website.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials available, including text, images, and presentations used in classes, remain at all times the sole property of Fluently Spanish Academy.

Class Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a class, you must do so via the Student Portal at least 24 hours in advance. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, the class will be deemed as "LOST".

Expiry of classes

Classes purchased must be used within 6 months of the invoice date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of any unused classes.

What information do we gather?

We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, email address, and Spanish level, specifically for the purpose of managing your language lessons.

How are Cookies used?

We use essential security cookies (CSRF) to allow you to log in securely and protect your information. These do not store personal data for tracking purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Fluently Spanish Academy holds about you and to have it removed from our database at any time.
